MAMMAL PHOTOGRAPHY
It is far from easy to photograph animals. One needs to get the attention
of pets but must avoid being seen by wild animals. Some less scary animals
will allow us to get closer if we avoid brisk movement and noise, otherwise the
big zoom is needed !
We must also be very patient. First of all, we must find them; then,
unlike humans, we can't ask them to say "cheese" or to move a little to get rid
of the shadow... We must patiently wait for the right moment that will
give an interesting posture and composition under the right light.
But most of all, we must be lucky and be at the right place, at the right time,
with the right lens. The first picture in this gallery is a good example.
